These two, pretty faces, dreamy looks and delicate manners, come from one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean: Guadeloupe.

He comes from Bouillante, a town known for its scuba diving site, the Cousteau reserve, and she, from Saint-François, a coastal town very popular with tourists.

Friends for three years, they “went” to Paris almost as many years ago. Both models, they roam the capital and photo studios with their great energy.

Marsh ? They love. “This neighborhood is a sublime place, not a ghetto where the private sector reigns,” says Océane, who hides a superb body under her outfit worthy of Madame Peel in the English series The Avengers (bowler hat and leather boots).

She adds: “I like the mentality of the people here, very free and inspiring. In this neighborhood, we express our style freely. Plus, everything is cute.”

Lonny's first name is inspired by Cyclone Lenny. He claims that his parents, who wanted a child with an impetuous character, created not a storm but a bomb. Model at Bananas models, this elegant young man is a content creator.

But this great admirer of Balenciaga creations, who wishes to become a stylist one day, confides:

“I am passionate about fashion and I believe I was born to be a model. I wake up in fashion, I breathe fashion, I want to try all the fashion professions.”

It's hard to believe that these sharp words come from the mouth of this boy, who we initially took, wrongly, for shy.

Divine brunch at the foot of Notre-Dame

Divine brunch at the foot of Notre-Dame

Of course, officially, it is not the Marais. But at Son de la Terre, a barge recently moored at the Montebello quay (5th), the 4th arrondissement is in sight. Moreover, this one is incredible: on one side, it is Notre-Dame flooded with sunlight; on the other, the quays, the book sellers, the walkers, the joggers.

Saka, a cocktail bar like in Tokyo

Here is an address which gives the measure of the transformation of the Marais. And it's enough to silence the grumpy people whose mantra is: “It was better before…” No, everything was not better “before” in the Marais. Besides, there was no American bar like Saka, which cultivates a form of excellence that can only be found in Japan.
