With their assertive look, they look like pure Maraisians but in reality these two friends are from the North of Denmark. Fie, who studies history and religions, came to visit Mathias chef in Paris who scours all the good addresses: Arpège, Septime, the Chateaubriand, the Hôtel Crillon. She says she loves the vibes of the Marais and it, the gastronomy, art, design and French wine. Above all, Mathias appreciates the ability of the French to speak to the foreigners they meet. Who said Parisians weren't nice?
