Young and old children, nostalgic for snacks or lovers of comforting breaks, this is the address you need.

At Lolilol, among cartoon figurines and childish decor, we make Chimney Cake, a kind of brioche – bread dough, to which milk is added – cooked on a spit.

You might think it's something new, but in reality, this Hungarian specialty has existed since 1450! It would have been created in Transylvania.

In France, the Aveyron spit cake would be its humble heir.

Like a crepe or waffle, Chminey is cooked in front of you. The dough is rolled around a cylinder, and after a few minutes of cooking, it is rolled hot into a topping.

Traditionally, cinnamon and sugar, but here, you can choose pistachio, coconut, vanilla, hazelnut.

Here, this “brioche” comes in a cylinder or cone, which can be garnished with Greek yogurt or a scoop of ice cream. And then, the height of decadence, you can add a small pot of artisanal spread, special mention for the pistachio.

A special feature of the place is that vegan dough is available and on Wednesdays, it is “vegan friendly”, vanilla ice cream with oat milk is offered.
