What is kundalini yoga?
It is the energy of consciousness, creativity and joy. When it circulates, we access our full potential and naturally find the path to our destiny.
Why is it good?
This yoga, complete and structured, is both gentle and very powerful. It is an excellent support for physical and psychological health because it particularly works on the nervous and endocrine system.
With whom ?
Camille Param Devi has been practicing hatha yoga for over a decade, but it was in Los Angeles that she first discovered kundalini. She says: “It was the experience of my life, I had a feeling of déjà vu, of a situation already experienced, like real evidence! » A few years later, after a year of intensive training, Camille obtained her diploma and became a teacher at the time when the practice began to flourish.
How does it happen ?
Accessible to all, this practice does not require any particular skills. With eyes closed, we let ourselves be guided, we receive teachings. The idea is not to achieve the perfect posture, but rather to explore these teachings which are so many tools. We do a series of alternating breaths: pranayamas. Some like “fire” can be powerful. The goal is awareness of oneself, one's truth and the surrounding world.
When is it?
Tuesday at 18:30 p.m.
What is the spirit of the place?
The Element Center is dedicated to well-being and rejuvenation. Born from a deep reflection on the body and the mind, this address aims to bring together scientific knowledge of the human body and its spiritual approach.
Why do we love?
Because the class is intense and revolves around the sound of the gong and the voice, with dynamic exercises, breathing and chanted meditations that awaken and diffuse the energy located at the base of the spine. This practice works in depth throughout our being to allow us to approach our true identity. It allows us to free ourselves from our fears, our limiting beliefs, our old patterns, in order to open our heart and our mind, and to achieve a stable self capable of acting.
