We met Lisa, sports coach at Poses Studio, and tested one of her workouts. We came out exhausted but invigorated! Before leaving, we were able to ask him about the studio.

• The atmosphere of Poses in a few words?
« poses Yoga is first and foremost a peaceful and connected space in the heart of the Marais. The studio offers dynamic vinyasa yoga classes for all levels, in total immersion with music and light movements. The objective is to allow everyone to be able, for 50 minutes, to refocus on themselves while doing muscle strengthening. »

What is the spirit of the place?
“Le Temple” as Lisa calls it is a very bright space, with minimalist decor inspired by the Californian summer. The studio also offers merch with tote bags, t-shirts or more classic sports items, which creates a spirit of community.

The objective is that beginners and experts alike feel comfortable and can fully benefit from the experience. poses.

The studio opened its doors a year ago, as the world finally reopened after a third lockdown. The courses offered are never identical, even if they are taught by the same coach and at the same time. This is therefore a real plus because we are sure to live a unique experience, and for regulars, certain that they will not be bored!

• The studio’s assets?
The real plus is the immersive experience created by the changes in light. From purple to orange to red, the colors of the neon lights change to the rhythm of the music. Far from the blinding lights of traditional gymnasiums, this subdued atmosphere allows you to better concentrate on yourself and forget about the world around you.

Each coach listens to their clients, and takes the time to explain the sequences in detail.

The studio also offers a wide range of care products, from the Doers of London brand with moisturizing cream, shower gel with peppery scents, cotton pads, hairdryer and towels available. It makes a real difference when you come out of the session exhausted!

• About Lisa
Lisa is one of those people who has lived a thousand and one lives. She was first noticed for her super trendy style by American Apparel, worked for Jacquemus and also for Acné Studio.
But she is not only passionate about fashion, she also went to art school in Paris and has been practicing gymnastics since the age of 3 and has been practicing yoga for 9 years.
It was during the first confinement that the idea came to him to set up his yoga class. Now she does both coach training and teaches classes on Mondays and Tuesdays.

You live in the Marais, what do you think of the neighborhood?
" I really like ! I lived in the four corners of Paris before landing here and this is surely the neighborhood in which I feel the best. I wander there like in a small village, I have my habits and my favorite shops.
In short, I like the atmosphere that emanates from the neighborhood, and I don't feel oppressed there.
For all these reasons, it was obvious to me that the Poses studio is also located in the Marais. »

The rates
The studio offers a discovery pack, at €29 for two sessions. A session lasts 50 minutes. Otherwise, the unit price of the session is €29, but there are many more advantageous options for those who want to fully embark on the adventure!
