Drawing now art fair 2022 – Carreau du Temple

After two years of absence, the largest contemporary drawing fair in Europe is back at Carreau du temple!

The meeting is a must for any self-respecting art lover. This year Drawing Now welcomes more than 300 artists and no less than 2000 works. Drawing Now is the ultimate in contemporary drawing. Created in 2007 by Laurent Boudier and Christine Phal, the show has never been empty over the years. Collectors and amateurs are invited to discover the works of emerging and more established artists.

Between the stands, the fine and delicate line of Christiane Löhr, a very great German designer and sculptor, stands out in particular. Next to it, the gouache on paper by Misleydis Castillo Pedroso also catches the eye. This young Cuban artist exhibits male silhouettes with marked facial features and bulging muscles on a large format in flamboyant colors.

Obviously, the biggest galleries in the Marais are there! There we find, among others, Christian Berst, Galerie Sator, Éditions dilecta, Galeries Suzanne Tarasieve, Paris-B, Bendana Pinel art contemporain, Galeries Papillon and many others…
