Food Temple 2024: heading to California

From September 20 to 22, we're heading to California to discover the cuisines of San Diego, Venice Beach or San Francisco. For its eighth edition, the Food Temple has set its sights on Kamala Harris' state, which is also the state of the next Olympic and Paralympic Games (in Los Angeles).

But how do you define Californian cuisine? Fans of organic food, Californians have long been "locavores" as well as pioneers of vegan cuisine.

But the great particularity of California, especially in San Francisco or Los Angeles, is certainly that you can find all the cuisines of the world there. Let's not forget that California is located on the border of Mexico and opens onto the Pacific Ocean towards Hawaii and China, from which it receives influences. Let's go!
