Brutus Creperie
On rue Saint-Antoine, on the corner of rue des Tournelles, a few meters from the Bastille, a new crêperie has just taken up residence in a refined decor, with pastel walls. Brutus – where you can drink raw, artisanal cider – is the new address of three Norman associates who are crepophiles and cider experts. Their two other Brutus restaurants are in Montparnasse – logical, it is the historic Breton district of Paris – and in the 17th, rue des Dames.

The cake is soft in the middle and crispy on the edges, just how we like it. In short, it's a success, especially since the raw materials and seasonal products are carefully "sourced".
